Information Management (IM) provides the following services:
Business Solutions - New Business development, programme
and project management, and application support.
Service Delivery - Corporate data and Graphical
Information System (GIS), Copy Centre and Web Team.
Records Management - Central Records, Special projects
for property file digitisation and electronic record
scanning, Mail Centre and Courier services.
Information Management Infrastructure (computer servers,
electronic data storage and data and voice network),
operational support and helpdesk for desktop and application
development.
This section works with an internal Information
Management Advisory Group which is responsible for advising
the Directors Group on all information management policy and
investment.
