The Waitakere Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) has a service agreement with the Council to provide accurate information to the residents of the city. Located at New Lynn, Massey, Henderson and Glen Eden, the CAB provides a free and confidential face-to-face service. Information, advice and referrals are available in the following service areas:
